"“The best ice cream that I’ve ever had!” All the incredible homemade flavors (Madagascar Vanilla, Ube Coconut, Hawaiian Macadamia,etc) are so rich and creamy! The waffle cones are made in house and right in front of you. Robert, the owner, is very kind and willing to share his local knowledge. We are only here for a week and will most likely return for more!"

"Very good, creamy and almost gummy!! I have always loved Daves Ice Cream super creamy ice cream. I have found the rival. It is different but just as creamy!!! Jordan the server/worker was so helpful with the flavors and information. They even won an awrd for their Vanilla Ice Cream!!! Its a Husband and wife owner and they make it daily!!! Get in early some of the flavors are so popular they sell out early. We went when it was cold outside but the place was packed!!!! Mahalo Castaways for making great ice cream!!!!!"

"The owners of Castaways Ice Cream Shop are seriously sweet people! The ice cream is homemade and they have very unique flavors! They care deeply about their shop and the make small talk with the customers that come in! Me and my friends tried a few of the flavors and the Lychee with mochi is very soft and I definitely recommend! I ended up getting the waffle bowl with Mint Oreo and Strawberry fields and the owner gave generous portions while prioritizing the lighters flavors at the top while the stronger flavors at the bottom."
